car vehicle tracking &/or fleet managment system

You will already have built a similar system for a client.... if you haven't please read no more. I'm looking for an ASP.net vehicle tracking system with ideally fleet management functionality also included (optional) either C# or VB The system will be built in ASP.Net and 100% web based (lowest framework is 2.0), and uses at least some ajax (or can be developed) It will use the google maps API for mapping It will allow me to easily add new hardware because the software will have been separated properly (business logic etc) It will already have at least basic reporting built in, and the ability to replay routes If the project is built using newer technologies I.e. EF4.1, LINQ etc this will go in your favour However, it needs to be workable on mobiles (i.e. not flash or silverlight) All code must be neat, tidy and well structured - no newbies please I'm an experienced .net developer of 11 years, so I know good standards I'm posting this as lots of people will have already have built something similar If the project you have needs more development i'm happy to discuss this also FULL Source code is a must have
