Adobe Air SugarCRM Client

I need a small proof of concept application. I would need the app to be developed in Flex Builder Burrito (4.5), Flex Hero SDK Application needs to connect to a non-modified community edition SugarCRM web app using rest and do the following tasks: 1. Login, 2. Display paginated list of Accounts 3. Drill down into account and display basic account data: Address, Account type, Contacts associated to account. also display list of files attached in the history of the account and display the file if it is a pdf, jpg, gif, or png file. 4. Create an account 5. Drill down into contact from Account page, and display basic contact information, address, account name, phones. Thanks for your time, again as I stated before this is not a full app, just a proof of concept, so I am not that interested in the quality of the graphics or the UI, just purely in the functionality at this point.
