C++ code conversion to JS needed

We are a German company, searching for a skillful developer in HK who is available immediately to do this job: We have written a code which can solve a SUDOKU in one second, when you hold it to a webcam. It is already finished by us in C++ and works like a charm. However, our client wishes to have it in Javascript, so a conversion is needed. We have no time to do that, so we would like to find a talented developer who can help us with this. REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a quality programmer, so we need an experienced and reliable person with the ability to read and understand C++, excellent ability to write fast and lightweight Javascript code, easy with communication throughout the whole project in English language. We accept only offers from local HK-developers, because there should be a personal meeting at the beginning and once in-between with our man in HK. Furthermoore, we wish to build up connections to talented developers here, because we are strongly considering to expand our business to HK. It is likely to have more projects together in future - most probably even from this same client. PRICE: We offer a fixed price which we would negotiate with you, once you have seen the code and could estimate the work-load. We would expect to set the range around 26000 - 28000 HKD. DEADLINE: The deadline for this project is tight: on October 12. it must be completely finished. Since the time is short, we are open to discuss sharing this project between two programmers, each of them doing part of the conversion. However the budget remains the same and would be shared fairly. So, if you have a project-partner and would like to bring him in, please let us know from the beginning on, we are fine with that.
