Blackberry, Android and iPad App for a Community Website

We have a Community Website based on Joomla / Jomsocial platform. We need native Blackberry, Android and iPad apps that will integrate all the functionality of Jomsocial and will also integrate other content provided on our Joomla based website. More importantly, we need push notification for users on our community. NOTE: We already have the website. We need the app to integrate with the website. The apps UI and UX should be similar to Facebook but with our brand look and feel. Our website uses Jomsocial component for Joomla for its community (the UI and UX is similar to facebook). It uses K2 for Joomla for the blog. The apps will have a custom validation page that restricts users from using the app unless they enter a 6 alphanumeric digit PIN. This validation will be done only once. That is, when the app has been validated, the restriction screen will never appear again. Every user will receive Push Notifications for activities on their community account and also for newly posted articles on the blog and website generally.
