I am a Computer Science Student at a top 20 ranked university in that department. I have over 3 years of Java programming experience and can do your project in a few hours. this project is a simple bowling game simulator that can be done in one Java Class.

The creation of the class you're describing will be very easy and can be completed quickly, I already have a concept for it's design and I have experience in both Python and Java so you can have your choice of the language used.
