Automate Vehicle Authentication and Challan Deposit System through finger print in traffic sector in Pakistan

Problem In Pakistan traffic system is not up to the mark. Automobile authentication is nearly impossible. If a person gets fined through any violation then people follow unlawful means to cancel it or they have to go through tough processes to pay it. The purpose of our project is to automate automobile authentication and challan deposit system. Overview Our project has two major parts, first is we want to purify the vehicle verification process to check weather this vehicle is legal or not and second is we want to automate challan deposit system without any physical registration paper or license card. Following are the description of our project. Successful Scenario · If a person violates the traffic rules warden stops him and scan the vehicle number plate through camera. · After scanning the number plate system will provide the basic information of vehicle to warden like chases no, color, manufactured by, owner’s details, registration number etc. · Warden swipes the finger of culprit through finger print scanner and system will provide the personal information of culprit like name, CNIC no, DOB, father’s name, license number and other basic information. · After fetching vehicle and culprit’s information, System crosschecks that weather the driver is the actual owner of vehicle or not. · If driver is the actual owner of vehicle then system will deduct the online smart points from driver’s license card as by rules. · When the point counts reaches to some threshold then license owner will have to recharge his license card by paying money. Important Feature - Smart Points · License card is given by traffic police after passing driving test. · “Smart Points” will be introduced. · Smart Points are like online points which a license holder can buy from any bank through payment. · A Smart Point is just like a stock market share, which has some value or rate set by traffic police. · Smart Points awarded as per license card. · License holder can buy specific number of Smart Points set by traffic police. · Every violation has its own type so points will be deducted according to violation. · Every license holder has individual Smart Points. · Every traffic rule violation should have some fix Smart Points. · There will be some threshold value of smart points below that license holder can be banned. Important Feature - Ranking · A new ranking system will be introduced which tells the rank of driver that how much good or bad driver he/she is. · Rank can be upgraded or downgraded. · Rank can be upgraded if person does not violate traffic rule. · Rank can be downgraded if person violates traffic rule and pays challan. · The purpose of ranking is to give some incentive to good drivers by giving them priorities in public government relations or some social status if possible. Important Feature - Allow more than one persons to drive vehicle · If a person who is not the owner of vehicle is driving that vehicle and stopped by policeman for authentication then to cater this kind of problem vehicle owner has to allow that person (driver) by updating or sending SMS to system to allow him to drive his vehicle officially. · After validation, if driver violates any rule then he/she will have to bear challan by his/her own license card. · The owner of vehicle can add or remove more than one person in his/her vehicle driver list.
