Web and UI Design will be done by a Web Designer who I already have in place. I am looking for someone who will do the architecture and development. I will be providing detailed specs and links to existing sites to clone parts from. I am looking for a clone of [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] function using JSP and DB2 Database outlined below. Please ask any questions you need
* Front-end Web Application Technical make-up:
- JSPs using a J2EE (MVC) Architecture
- Tomcat Application Server
- Struts, or some other mechonism to make the maintainence and expansion of the website flow and style as easy as possible
- JDBC to access the database.
- Open to an easy Application Development Environment
* Search engine for a database of professionals searchable by category, qualification, and most importantly, nearest location (like putting in a zip code and an index of of who is closest to you) Premium members will be featured highest in all search results
* Member creation with logon-id and password. Membership validated by e-mail activation.
* Member can create a profile which will be listed in the search engine. The profile will be completely dynamic so that the member cn choose the layout and feel of the profile. UI Designer will provide the layout and style attributes, you will provide the dynamic generation of the profile page.
* Image Files are uploadable to server. Image File must be processed after upload(resized, set to ratio). Images are displayed in a gallary format
* Member purchases profile and has several payment options.
* Member can purchase image files by using a shopping cart through an e-commerce transaction. Shopping cart will calculate tax and shipping. Online Order tracking/status system is required.
* Back-end Database Technical make-up:
- DB2(SQL) in plan, mostly because of it's stored procedure ability.
- Stored Procedures will be used for Database Transactions
