Convert c# encryption/Decryption Class to Java

We have some c# code (attached) that uses the RijndaelManaged class that encrypts and decrypts a string. We need this ported to java so we can encrypt and decrypt within java as well. This needs to be 100% compatible so a string encrypted in c# can be decrypted in java as well as the other way round.
