Hello, I represent a team of 20 Senior Software developers sitting in Russia, St. Petersburg. We are relatively new here are Freelancer.com, so not too many reviews. all reviews are very positive though, 100% completion rate and repeat orders. Our skillset is Python, Java, Node.js, .Net, Mobile applications. We did quite a few API integrations and are interesting in long-term cooperation. Generally we prefer fix-price work as we put a lot more deliverables into an hour than most of other folks, if you insist on T&M then it is fine as well. On freelancer we developed REST API in Node.js with JSON format, then Google Apps Script that was talking to other systems via SOAP interface. Google and social network we deal with OAuth with no issues (from Python in particular). About myself - my name is Evgeny and I was running a Software Development Center for T-mobile in Russia, managed about 130 developers and now decided to establish my own venture. If your system is well developed i can do it for you. I mean logic of REST is independent elements. If you have this structure I can do all of your social network integration or etc. But i will use python. And i have 3 years experience with RESTFUL and SOAP's.
