Bring paid webinar participants

Hi We are constantly conducting webinars on interesting topics around stock markets and are looking for digital marketing firm who can work on cost per conversion. Example of one of the webinars is: [login to view URL] We would be conducting this webinar every week and based on the performance, we can also increase the number of webinars. Each webinar would cost Rs. 200 for now and the bid has to be done for bringing 50 paid registrations. Ideas on how to promote these webinars effectively are also welcome. Note that I have tried Facebook advertising but has not worked for me as there were no conversions. Thank you.
