Beach Corner Restaurant

This is a one of a kind restaurant. I am so amazed it is up for sale. It is situated on 1/2 acre of land, but also part of a larger service area, including convenience store, gas station, 2 liquor stores as well. The beauty of this place is there is NO competition. It is in a very rural area and people commute daily for their jobs ... RIGHT past Beach Corner. I am so far unable to obtain the financials for the restaurant, but it is a little restaurant with BIG potential. Truthfully, Beach Corner Restaurant is an icon and a place that people remember their grandparents taking them to. I think it would be a great place to stop for supper (A GREAT SUPPER) and buy a lunch from the deli for the next day. There is no deli there presently, but a lot of space in the back area for smokers etc, I guess I am looking for funding to buy the place. I LOVE IT!! With a little love and renos, the basement could be set up for banquets, etc. I am a GREAT cook ... no not a chef, but an old lady who knows how to make a meal EVERYONE will enjoy. I obsess on food, a bit. Drives my hubby crazy! I love feeding people. I don't know the sq/ft of the place, but could find out easy enough. I guess I am looking for investors to help me buy the place $550,000 including building and land. I am currently in arrears with Revenue Canada and my hubby (not actually married), is in banckrupty. However I had NOTHING to do with his bankruptcy, except to help him out when he was stuck. I bought my first home when I was 18 years old and have never missed a mortgatge payment
