Adwords - tell me what is wrong with my campaign and help me link it to Analytics

I am trying to run a small local campaign on an acupuncture site. I have set up 4 ads with a collection of keywords underneath each, limited it to 10 miles around a ZIP code, set a budget of $100 / month. I must have done something wrong because the ads just are not displaying as often as I believe people are running searches on the keywords. I did set up a similar campaign successfully for another acupuncturist a couple years ago so I am confident the searchers are out there. I think I must be making some fundamental mistake, or getting my keywords too broad / too loose / whatevever Also I want to link the Analytics on the site to the Adwords on the site but it seems like Analytics insists on a gmail userid, and Adwords refuses to accept one. So, I'd really like to access your time as a help desk to talk me through it this afternoon. I want to understand the issues, not just have them fixed for me. I'm figuring 30 - 90 minutes. I'll call you if you give me a number. I get it about paying you a proportional bonus if it goes longer. I am on Pacific Time zone and I'd like an hour or so of your time today, finishing before 5:00 PST. USA / Canada preferably so that I can afford the phone call although I do have Skype, so if your spoken English is pretty good I can go further afield on Skype. Once we've fixed the bid price I'll give you passwords so you can log in to the account and figure out what the issues are before we start. Thanks!
