We are looking for someone with call center experience as well as internet marketing experience to work in our affiliate support department. We need someone with excellent written english to communicate with affiliates as well as with potential partners or lead providers. Call center experience is a must as integrating the affiliate department with our sales department is high priority to improve the consumer experience across the whole process. Responsibilities will include: * Fine tuning affiliates written messages so that leads convert * Finishing pending partnerships * Answering tickets and handling basic customer support * Review recorded calls to see that the salesperson is communicating appropriately and also screening to see that affiliates are sending relevant leads * Help support and troubleshoot common callcenter issues, like response time, calls per day. employee initiative, etc. Please only respond if you have a strong grasp of the English language, and have experience working in call centers.
