Greetings, We're looking for a provider that can build a browser based massively multiplayer online game from scratch. These include but are not limited to total number of servers required to serve landmark player numbers (10.000, 50.000, 100.000 etc.), the detailed costs of programming expertise used and the costs associated with it, a general idea of the budget required for ads and marketing (given the instance the provider has a proven track record of running ad budgets, the provider shall have a chance to manage the marketing funds associated with the project for a fee) Only carefully detailed proposals regarding this operation as a whole will be considered. Also please note that such proposals may exceed the budget provided herein provided that the expenses are justified. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
As mentioned above, all justified choices are acceptable as a providers platform of choice in programming, networking, database and similar subjects will enable them to create top notch work. As a result, the provider has complete freedom on the realization of the project.
