Bulk Email to be sent to database of 150,000

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for a reputable and highly experienced bulk emailer. I have a database of 150,000 email addresses from my forum. I need someone experienced in this field to distribute an email to this group. Conditions: - Emails should NOT end up in spam filters (95% delivery rate at very least) - No unethical methods should be used which will risk tarnishing my image or the image of my forum. - The reuse or redistribution of my database without my permission is strictly forbidden. - Communicate with me regularly, via email or Skype. Preferences: - If you are able to host the pictures in the email, this would be preferred. - If you could add an ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the email and generate a database of emails who have clicked on this link, would be preferred. Checks: I have put several yahoo, hotmail, gmail and aol etc email addresses in the database which I will check to see if the emails are delivered correctly and if you use the database for anything other than what I ask. I also have analytics set up so that I can check performance. Payment: As long as the conditions above are adhered to, you will be paid and will receive good feedback. However, if the delivery rates are poor (less than 95%), you will not be paid. If you use any unethical methods to distribute the emails, you will not be paid. If you jeopardise me, my brand, or anyone in my database, you will not be paid and reported to freelancer.com If you use my database for any other use, you will not be paid, reported to freelancer.com, and subject to prosecution for unauthorised redistribution.
