Complete SEO support will need to be provided for the complete 1 year period of consistent income. Only white hat SEO methods are to be used. I am looking for someone who has good experience in building this type of website and providing complete SEO support for it.

I can provide the hosting along with the domain names you ask me to choose based on your research. You need to maintain the websites and ensure that each website makes USD 30 per day without fail.

I will provide my accounts. You will need to ensure the websites and any of the content does not violate any of the site TOS.

The websites MUST have original content and should pass copyscape at all times. Content must not be garbled or spun text. Pictures / Video must be legal without any copywrite issues at any stage.

In addition to content published on the websites, you must provide me with content of above mentioned quality that I can post for a year. (52 articles total - at the rate 1 per week).

All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing. Site must generate income on a daily basis

Show me the proof of income at the end of each month for the first three months of launching the website, day by day statics to be provided: Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked.

Install Google analytics on the site and link it to my accounts so that I can track the earnings as well.

Payment will be made only after I see the website making $30 each per day on an average, consistently for 60 - 90 days.

Payment Conditions:

First milestone Creation and payment will be made at the end of 3rd month - 30% of the total bid

Second milestone Creation and payment will be made at the end of 4th month - 30% of the bid

Third and final milestone Creation and payment will be made at the end of 5th month - 40% i.e remaining project bid will be released.
