We need top 5 results on 1st page of Google for one keyword phrase. A milestone payment will be made when the keywords rank in the top 10 of Google. The remainder is due when the keyword are located on 1st page / top 5 results.
We also wish to have a long term relationship with the winning bidder for keyword maintenance to guarantee that the website should stay indefinitely on 1st page [login to view URL] (top 5 results) for the keyword phrase. Please do not bid if you do not provide these services An ongoing monthly maintenance payment would be made at the end of the month (keywords must not drop out of top 5 for 3 consecutive days). A verifiable end of month report will also be required.
We will accept and pay for only ethical SEO techniques and trust you will deliver on these. ONLY THOSE WITH A STRONG PERFORMANCE RECORD FOR SEO RELATED WORK ON FREELANCER WILL BE CONSIDERED. However, we will require a description of what methods are being used and specifically, what reports that you will send us to confirm that the work is white hat (spreadsheet of URL’s, Google PR of the pages where our link is located, etc.) before milestone and final payment is made.
