Bulk Email Project

I need a bulk emailing service to send approximately 100,000 emails, spread over a period of 1 week. They are going to all USA email addresses, and I want full reporting capabilities. I have to the Email template already created so all you need to d o is just send emails to inbox. Your server and IP address must not be on any spam list and must have a good reputation to insure that my emails will be accepted and received by the addressee. Emails must contain a clear method for recipients to opt out. I will continue to market with updated email lists at least once or twice per month.
