Bulk Email Blast

I WANT TO START THIS PROJECT TODAY... 1st ACCEPTABLE BID HIRED ON THE SPOT I would like to do an email blast to specific businesses in the USA. This is not adult material and is not offensive or inappropriate in any way. This is professional business material. The email blast will be sent to 8.9 million business email addresses and contain promotional items our business sells. The provider must be able to send an e-mail message blast to these millions of addresses from his own server(s). The e-mail will contain some text and an image with a link to our web site but will not be very heavy in terms of load. The provider must have the necessary capability to do this and should be able to provide reports showing how many have been received, have errors, are blocked, etc. The email messages must all be sent between the hours of 11am cst and 3pm cst Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (to maximize visibility within normal US business hours). The provider must also provide a simple web interface to allow recipients of the emails to remove their email addresses from the list. This web interface must remain in operation for 30 days after the last e-mail is sent to allow users time to unsubscribe. This removal list must be provided to me on a regular basis as the e-mails are sent. The provider will use his company name and address to indicate the source of the e-mail to the recipients. This information must be displayed at the bottom of the e-mail as required by the CANSPAM law in the USA. I am aware of the companies that offer this service and their prices. But I need a provider to mail out a list that I provide, from server equipment that can handle the volume and which will have no impact in terms of blacklisting, etc. The provider will have experience doing this kind of work. You MUST be EXPERIENCED in this field. You must be aware of the technical aspects of what is required and you must be familiar with the restrictions and loop holes for sending mail to the United States. I will pay in 2 payments: half after proof is provided that the job is sending, and half upon completion with report showing the results of the email blast. If successful, I will use the same provider to do more email blasts. Depending on the level of success, blasts will be sent weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly.
