I am very interested in being considered for the Data Entry for someone familiar with Quicken or QuickBooks project. I am presently receiving Social Security Disability Benefits and have been actively seeking employment from home to supplement my income. This means that you would be eligible to receive a tax credit from the government should you decide to hire me. I am good at following instructions and have the ability to complete projects accurately and in a timely manner. I also possess excellent written and oral communication skills. I am proficient with Quickbooks and Quickbooks Pro, which is the software I used for 10 years with my awards business, and I continue to use the program for my own personal finances. I just recently completed a QuickBooks project using QuickBooks Remote Access online for a local plumbing and heating company which involved invoice and payment entries, as well as setting up and classifying inventory items and expenditures. In addition, I had to re-categorize some items, delete duplicate customer entries and make other changes that were necessary. I also created and sent out billing statements. I have attached a copy of their job reference for your review. I would be pleased to perform this work for $250.00. As a seasoned professional with over 38 years of office administration and over 14 years of bookkeeping expertise, I believe my knowledge and capabilities will bring added value to your company.
