We have a large database of millions of emails and we need someone that has a bulk email server with good-standing IP reputation to deliver our emails. The rate should be 250,000 – 500,000 per day. The freelancer should have many years experience working with email systems and thoroughly know how to avoid problems related to blacklisting of IP and domains. We also need reporting that will provide us with delivery and open rate. . We would like a long term relationship with this freelancer to send out emails and to monitor IPs to make sure they are clean and the server(s) are optimized for the right balance of sending speed versus IP reputation.
