Book Layout - Convert HTML to Word or InDesign

Hello, We have written a book, The Encyclopedia of Men's Clothing, and it is currently laid-out/designed in HTML - it has 1 index page - approximately 50-54 chapters/categories (each chapter is in a single HTML document) - several images per chapter/html page - in many chapters there are tables Note: When imported into Word, we have been told the book is approximately 730 pages at 8.5"x11" (although that wouldn't necessarily be the size we'd like) We'd like to convert the book from HTML (into Word or InDesign) and have it laid out so we can publish it into PDF and simplify the reader's experience with the book and so we can submit it to other electronic distribution systems like the Kindle Store, iPad, etc. If needed, I can provide a download link where you can download a sample of the existing HTML book.
