E - Translating a transcript and subtitles to 3 min video from English to Hebrew and encoding the subtitles on the video

The quality of the video should be the same as the original. The video should be in a format that allows it to be uploaded to YouTube and facebook. Subtitles should be in white, with a black shadow, and should be read easily. b. Submitted as a SRT file c.
