First of your website link is not working don't know the reason but you need to check it out now redesign means complete makeover with new templates and you want to add new 3-4 pages for which you haven't mentioned anything that they all are only have content or more than that one. We have team of graphics designers,developers those will make responsive templates or if it is okay will get new theme as from template it is difficult for you to do changes rather than in theme it is very easy. We are only believe in 100% work satisfaction below that it is not acceptable to us.
