Captcha OCR and paste text in different fields on website

I need a program to read a specific OCR captcha as like [login to view URL] and output its text in fields on a webpage. Then it will have to click "submit form" on the webpage. After that it has to select the next form from a drop down bar on the same webpage. The text in OCR image is separated by a tab or some spaces which thus differentiating different entries. Program needs to have a +95% efficiency on decoding the captcha and be fast (~1 sec per captcha on a good computer with a good connection). Remember their is just a single space in the name and incase of address. All other fields (18) shouldnot have spaces in the data typed. Source code needed. Bots can also me made for the same. Check the examples. Don't bid if you don´t think you can crack the CAPTCHA.
