Create a HTML/CSS layout similar to [login to view URL]

I want to build a layout similar to [url removed, login to view]\'s layout. Actually I ONLY need the layout, not the script to run the site and there\'re only 2 pages (homepage and video detail page). Everything should work perfectly including ajax parts (next and previous video, related videos). You can give a demo by loading ajax content from static html files. CSS/JS files should be in uncompressed mode so I can work with them later. As far as I know, [url removed, login to view] uses Bootstrap library and I also want to use that lib too.
