Bootstrap fix for Internet explorer

Hi guys, I have a bootstrap template that needs some internet explorer (8, 9) fixing. It's working fine on chrome and firefox.
It's a small job, more details on PM thanks
Here are some knowing issues.
1. Logo padding ( margin )
2. Menu is disappeared in IE
3. Fonts are not same in ie, I guess font face is not loading in ie
4. cardapio.html : tab background is not same
5. promocoes.html page has only a few images and they are not showing.
6. reservas.html page, select input's default dropdown arrow is showing, it should be hidden.
6. localizacio.html page also has only one image, and is not showing
7. contato.html has different menu than other pages, actually it's a collapsed menu ( in small screen) it should be same as other pages.
8. Disable template's responsiveness. Menu is fixed, so menu can be a responsive menu ( collapsed ) in small devices if it's possible.
