Hi to All,
I have the following unfinished Wordpress website:

What I need is somebody to finish it according to available PSD and attached instructions. The graphic part of the final website (psd files) are already done and will be provided when project is awarded. Currently, in the attached file, you can find detailed information/instructions about the operation/functionality of the website.
What I need is a coder to follow the psds that will be provided and make a website functional as it is indicated in the attached .pdf file.
Moreover, the website should have the possibility of being multilingual (initially 6 languages, but later on to be possible to add some more). From your side, you will show us how to add the data (products, description etc.) and we will do it. No data entry for the coder, except from setting up everything and creating all menus etc. I have the impression that current website (the one that has not been finished) already support multilingual option.
In addition, despite from category "Products" all the other pages (Home & Subpages) should not have any scrolling (fit to any pc/notebook screen) and should be responsive with mobile version etc.
Despite from the above, the website should also comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Version 2.0 at level ΑΑ. Maybe it is already!
There should be an easy administration interface so as to be possible to upload new data or update the existing ones with less efforts possible.
Website should be SEO friendly. (I'm not asking for SEO services at this point, just search engines friendly).
Since we are talking about a future website, there might be some black spots in my above description and therefore, whoever has any questions, it is better to ask me before placing any bid.
This project was initially awarded to another coder who brought it up to this lever but it stayed impossible for him to finish it up to 100%.
