A site made similar to wordtracker keyword search tool

Hi, wanting a site made similar to [login to view URL] it needs to list how many searches the keyword has been searched for in total each month and to also show the keyword suggestions relevant to them with there total number of searches each month . The site has extra tools, but to cut costs here at the moment I just want the keyword tool from home page so the site needs to be setup accordingly. Need to have the prices a lot cheaper than they do on there website, starting at $14.99 Mth, so it needs to be setup with Paypal to take Auto Payments every Month and cancel the payment when the customer cancels. Apart from the checkout process there only needs to be a few pages for the site the home page as you will see with word tracker is very straightforward just type and click search. At the moment there on word tracker you can only have 2 searches for free before you pay, I need it to be 5 searches for free then the customer would need to pay. 4. The software very similar to [login to view URL] Choose your country drop down list. All main country's to be listed after doing a search on how many searches that country is getting for the keyword and the keywords also show the keyword suggestions relevant to them. 5. Must use the best software search tool possible which of course one of the main search keywords results would be from Google, maybe you will need to use api's from Google yahoo and bing this all needs to be implemented for the site to work. 3 Places on the home page to add Google AdSense I will give you the code.
