Develop a web Module as described

Need a web module developed for our cash back website. Following is required: [Note: Feel free to work on plugin customization if an existing plugin can be modified to cater to my requirement for less efforts and speedy work] @Frontend - My Account > My Orders tab: a list of all orders (s no.-number, field 1-txtfield, field 2-txtfield, order value-amount in decimal, cashback status-txtfield, cash back amount-amount in decimal) will be displayed (pagination for long list). Below the list, we need to show total approved cash back amount & total pending cash back amount in Rs....Below this, a button with title 'Claim Cashback', when pressed by the user will send an email to the admin that cash back has been requested by this user. @Backend - 1. Admin can add a record for any user via form defining all the parameters (s no., field 1, field 2, order value, cashback status, cash back amount) of an order. 2.
