Develop an APP similar to Instagram with additional features

!!! PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BID !!! Hello Freelancers, I am looking for someone who can provide me an App which is similar to Instagram. I know that there are a lot of free code Instagram copys on Githhub and a lot of clone scripts. But I want a self coded version, a good clean and fast code, not a copy one. If I see its a simply copied code, I will close the project and refuse it ! After I choose the freelancer, I will provide the full SOW. Then I would like to talk about the best possible solutions how we can develope this app. Projects requirements: - 2 languages (English and German, German translation will be provided) - the app requires a very good knowlegde of the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google +, API's - The app need the ability to make advertisements in the feeds of the users (similar to facebook ad manager) - Location tracking via GPS to provide a "maps" view to the user of the app - The App needs a website accessable Admin backend. - A small version of the App as website will be required (like instagram) - The freelancer must provide the design for the app, I just have some sketches but no mockups at the moment. - After finishing the app it will be tested by a small circle of invited people for bugfixes and changes. If I am satisfied, then the project is finished. - There is no project deadline but I would like to finish work within 90-100 days - Milestones will be paid according to the project SOW. This App will have the most features from Instagram like: - Timeline - Friend feeds - Picture taken - Sharing via social media - follow friends Please only bid if you can provide these requirements !
