Design a single HTML(5) SMS instruction screen for (conference / hall) monitors

Functional: A single HTML(5) webpage need to be created to show instructions to students on how to SMS a specific keyword to a service. The webpage will be embedded in narrowcast systems or intranets through an iframe. Content: The webpage should instruct the viewer to follow some steps/flow so. - It should be clear that the screen (webpage) will help them if they need Wi-Fi access; e.g. “Do you need Wi-Fi access?” - User need to SMS (text) a keyword to a specific telephone number. - The user will receive a SMS in return with the Wi-Fi credentials and can then enter the Wi-Fi network. - The keyword will be only valid on a date that needs to be displayed. Logo’s: 1. The Wi-Fi network’s name is eduroam and it’s logo should be displayed (trust and recognition). [login to view URL] 2. A “powered by” including a SURFnet company logo should be included on the screen but not take lot’s of space or be dominant. 3. The logo of the university should be on the webpage (trust and recognition). Note: this logo will change depending on the university. Keep in mind that a white background will cause the least problems due to the fact that most university logo’s have a white background or are transparent. 4. A QR code will be displayed that will create an SMS with the keyword when scanned. This is an extra feature for people that understand QR and should not be the main thing or be dominant. Tech: - Only HTML5, JS, CSS and libraries with modern (fair/open) licences such as MIT License or GNU. - No plugins, activeX or other 3rd party components. - Should be optimal for a 1920x1080 resolution (browser + full screen). - Should also function correct and complete when available resolution is lower like 1024x768 (scaling to smaller or responsive logics). - The webpage will be displayed on public monitors so everything should be readable from a bit of a distance. It’s not a screen for behind laptop browsers but a screen that will be shown in narrowcast systems on wall’s in hallways etc. - The result should be a single html5 file (not php, .net etc) with images and optional css and js files. - It should run in modern browser. Suggested editions: Chrome, Safari 5+, Firefox 5+, IE 9+, Opera 12.11+ - No cookies , no interaction with users... it's a one-way screen! "read only".
