Design and implement a Website Template in Bootstrap 3

I need a website design update based on a old site. The new design needs to be bootstrap 3 , as little javascript as humanly possible. the result should be a zip archive with the files (images,html & css mainly, cdns for bootstrap and the rest are fine). Just one single page containing : contact form and map, a text blurb, news list (blog items), a bio/team section (fitting for 5-10 people) and a product gallery. We need to keep the logo and the information in the header. only containers, no section tags please. the old site looks like this: [login to view URL]:/[login to view URL] don't worry about content at this point, simply use lorem ipsum, menu-items should be referring to the sections on the page
