Design and develop a simple professional website

This is a request to design and develop a website. * See attachment for look and feel of the design. This is just to give an idea what it could look like. * Show two designs of the homepage. One based on that example we have provided. The other one can be your own idea. I am most interested in knowing: where would you place the navigation? Perhaps you have a better/nicer solution? * Show two designs for the page that has two layers in the navigation. Again, the first one should be based on the example we have provided. The other one can be your idea for the navigation. * Show two designs for a page that has one layer in the navigation. Again, the first one should be based on the example we have provided. The other one can be your idea for the navigation. * Show two designs for the homepage as shown on a mobile phone. Again, the first one should be based on the example we have provided. The other one can be your idea for the navigation. * Build the website (in your own CMS or in WordPress. Not in Joomla) * Put the website on our FTP-server. We already have an account. The end product must be a website as described in the requirements document that is online and everything is working as should. Project is final when the website has been accepted by us. See attachment for details of the requirement. Also in the attachments you will find examples of various pages. Payment Payment is after launch of website, when all issues have been solved and the project has been accepted by us.
