Design a Website, edit a video and design a PDF brochure

Project requirements: a) To design a website to advertise the sale of a single beachfront property. b) Minor edits of an existing video of the property, to remove certain sections and add some captions. c) To create a 2-page PDF brochure to be printed out in hardcopy. d) Designer is expected to lay out the text (copy), photos, video and a map in a way that attracts visitors to make an appointment to view the property or contact the Owner (seller) for more information. e) Designer shall create an attractive masthead for the website header, proper navigation menus and a footer. f) All text, photos and the original video will be provided upon award of project. g) Attractive web design and user experience (UX) design. h) Website must be search engine optimised. i) The website shall be optimised for both desktop (all browsers) and mobile devices (including phones). j) Designer must possess an extremely high attention to detail. k) Designer must be agreeable to make multiple changes (within reasonable limits) to the design, text, photos and video after the draft is reviewed by the Owner, until the Owner is completely satisfied with the work. l) Designer is expected to make minor changes to the text and photos for a period of 3 months after delivery (e.g., to add a photo, remove some text, etc). m) Designer must provide fast response times (less 2 hours) for requests for changes between 9am and 6pm (GMT+10). n) Project must be completed within 3 calendar days of award. Please provide links to at least 5 similar websites for property sales that you have previously designed yourself. Submissions without a portfolio will be ignored. The award criteria for this project is as follows: a) Experience of the designer in creating similar websites. b) Ability to meet all the the project requirements above. c) Preference will be given to designers living in or near Toogoom or Hervey Bay, QLD, Australia.
