I'm looking for Web designer who can create web design simpler version of [login to view URL] by referencing [login to view URL] We already have about 130 apartments on Airbnb and want to put them on our new website "ZensHome" for long term leasing (more than 1 month) for corporates. We prefer very simple and useful website like Airbnb but targeting for HR person who works at foreign corporates / brands that sends their employees to Japan for 1 - 6 months. Our company logo "Zens" is attached as an example for color scheme for ZensHome. Required pages for design: 1. Landing page - Search bar - Phone number - USP for corporates - Testimonials - 3 photos of "1 BEDROOM & STUDIO" "2 BEDROOM" "3+ BEDROOM" 2. List page of apartments 3. Detail page of each apartment - Property info - Photos - Reviews - Map of location - Calculation form for rents on right top 4. Popup after clicking "Request to rent" - Registration / login form 5. Renting confirmation form - Selecting the number of tenants - Message form to ZensHome staff - House rules - Form for credit card payment 6. Profile editing page 7. Public profile page 8. Reviewing page by tenant and ZensHome
