Design a Logo - LE 5600

This rental complex is called Le 5600. A 700 000 square foot complex that rents commercial, industrial and office spaces to businesses from varied industries. In this building you can find from beer brewing businesses to indoor karting, therapists, transport companies, printing facilities to chamber of commerce offices. You should not let yourself get fooled by the gray and faded exterior as inside this building there is FULL OF LIFE! The director of the building has managed to create a warmth in this building for a large community of entrepreneurs who feel right at home! The website: [login to view URL] Although the “logo” and the business card have outdated looks, we like its efficiency. We very quickly understand the extent and the purpose of this building: to rent commercial, industrial and office spaces to businesses and entrepreneurs. Keeping this in mind, we need a fresh look for the logo LE 5600. It needs to reflect its chore purpose. We want it modern, simple, appropriate and memorable. For many years blue has been the colour reflected in their logo, it is also a colour that has been used in their website so we would like to see some blue. You could choose to somehow incorporate or not the “.COM” but it is important to keep in mind the name/logo is LE 5600. If you have a vision of how this new logo could be expressed, please feel free to show visuals of possible business card, letter head designs etc. This is however not a requirement. IMPORTANT RULE: Please send your best design. Please do not send 30 versions of the same design, we can figure out small changes if needed.
