Customize Thrive Themes wordpress theme

I am building out a new website using a Thrive Themes wordpress theme. This is a relatively small project, and it will be done in two phases. The bid should cover both phases. The first phase will be paid upon completion of that phase, and the same for the second phase. Skills you will need: * You would optimally have experience with Thrive Themes, but at least must have experience modifying wordpress themes * You have to have enough wordpress skill to mildly modify the theme (nothing major; color, navigation, that sort of thing) * You have to be able to communicate quickly and effectively in english Phase I: * I will show some example websites of how I want the website to look, and you can make sure I am using the correct Thrive Theme (probably Pressive)---I already own all of the Thrive Themes * Install the theme on my host * Set up basic navigation and pages * Install logo * Match up website colors to logo (blues and blacks) * That's it! I will then spend a couple of weeks getting content and images lined up Phase II: * Tweak and fine tune the pages with correct image size, etc. * Get social media buttons linked to appropriate accounts * Get buttons on images linked to appropriate pages * Get images and content linked to appropriate pages * Set up any SEO necessary (like meta tags on major pages) * Port over email addresses from old website. Test to make sure it works correctly * Port over and park domains from old website. Test to make sure it works correctly * Test browsers and mobile devices to make sure site is working well * That's it! Pretty simple project, and should be a piece of cake for someone comfortable with wordpress themes. I will need a person to work on a multitude of projects after this project (like setting up landing pages, setting up and linking opt in forms, etc.), so there will be plenty of quick follow up work if this goes well.
