Customise user interface of Bayanno Hospital Management System

I want someone to customise the user interface of Bayanno Hospital Management System. ([login to view URL]) Even building a similar one is appreciated. It should be for a clinic. Doctor should be able to manage his appointments, sms module should be added. The design should be completely changed. eye-catchy yet simple, more like freelancer.com, have some animation and bootstrap, and have light colors. (Example : Light Grey and Light sky blue)
