Custom development functionality for Squarespace site

We need help with developing a specific custom feature in a Squarespace website. We are building a portfolio site for a client. On the "work page" ([login to view URL]) we need to showcase multiple videos. The thumbnails at the bottom each correspond to a different video project. When you click one of the bottom thumbnails, we would like to refresh the top area only with the new content without reloading the entire work page. Also, the viewer would automatically slide up to the top so that you see the new content right away. Please visit [login to view URL] to see an example of how this functionality would work. We would like the top part (the content) to be easily editable by us and by the client. Ideally, each different project would be on a different Squarespace page so that we can build this content easily. Then, perhaps through an iframe or something, that content would show up when a visitor clicks a thumbnail. We would like this functionality to be as smooth as possible. We do not want to use Squarespace developer mode. You can use code blocks, custom CSS pane, or code injection to complete the tasks. -Code must have /* inline */ notes to describe function.
