Crowd Funding Website like Kickstarter

We are looking for a developer to build a crowdfunding website that is extremely similar to www.kickstarter.com. Our scope will also need to include a store where people can add multiple things from various projects to a shopping basket, a simple password protected forum and a way that supporters can refer friends and family through social media and it gets tracked if one of their friends/family supports the same project. Ideally we would like someone with some crowdfunding experience or someone who is at least familiar with the crowdfunding model where users browse and pledge money towards projects in return for rewards. As with any crowdfunding site, the ability to easily share the project using social medias is critical to the success of the projects. The crowdfunding website will receive a percentage of the funds of successful projects and all money will need to go through a PayPal, Credit Card and/or Amazon payments system. Please be aware that we also plan to include all of the advanced features of kickstarter such as a profile page for every user, advanced search feature etc. so again, please visit their website. It is essential that the website looks professional and has a user friendly admin panel. Also, this project has to be independently written and the script along with all the coding will be our property. Please be aware that we are planning a second stage to this project and would like to use the same developer in the future as well as for ongoing maintenance.
