Create a visual of me embracing my inner child

I want to have one or more visuals of my grown-up self petting or embracing myself as a child. This is for personal development reasons. It can either be a photoshop thing with real pictures or more of an avatar / clip art / drawing kind of image. For the latter option I have attached three pictures that I really like. Maybe someone has experience with this? I don't have any pictures of myself (at both ages) ready yet. This is a first exploration and I´m hoping to learn what would be needed as input, what is possible as output and what it would cost.
I´m a professional trainer and coach in personal leadership. If this works out for me, I might offer this to service to my trainees and coachees. So potentially more work could arise from this project.
