Create Wordpress from Premium template

Need to hire Wordpress developer to help me build a website for a PR agency. I will purchase a premium Wordpress theme (betheme or Avada) I need someone who can take control of this whole project. Which would include, downloading the clients old website and database. Installing the new Wordpress theme. Making design adjustments to suit the client’s needs. Making customisation edits to theme or child theme. I need someone who is reliable. I have a digital business with lots of work coming in weekly. I need a reliable person. I don’t care if not native English speaker, but I do need you to be able to speak English. This is not a one off job. If it works out I need a website developer that I can use regularly. This is a rough breakdown of estimated work; Install Wordpress on new host. Install theme Create 3 design options in Photoshop for client to approve Make any adjustments to designs based on clients’ needs Upload old blog posts and database to new server Create about us page, projects, blog, contact pages (using theme templates) Contact form Miscellaneous activates that go along with setting up a new site. Need all images and work to be optimized for both SEO and size (ie small image files size named correctly with keywords) The clients business is digital so the website will need to look very polished with lots of html 5 elements (all from theme) I would be looking for a 2 week turnaround time from day of acceptance. As I am paying for the premium theme there will be little or no hard coding. But I need someone who has a lot of wordpress experience. I know how to do all of this I don't have the time. I will be able to confirm if things have been done correctly etc.
