Create Vector Images of Candle, Purple Ribbon and Footprints

I am the director of a charity connected to a rare disease. For information about this terrible disease, please read here: [login to view URL] We are building a new page for one of our websites. We need another image similar to the one on this page: [login to view URL] However, we want to replace the angel with a purple ribbon. The ribbon should be primarily purple with the addition of a little bit of green in it. I have uploaded some files in the file section here. The second project we want to do is create an animated gif of our logo for the MSA Shoe, purple footprints going in a circle or moving back and forth with the name of the charity in the image as well. Our last project is to produce a small image using one of our logos, either as .PNG or .GIF format file. It must be exactly 400 x 400 pixels and have a transparent background.
