Create Simple 1D Images/eBook Covers(repost)

Looking to create 3 Extremely Professional looking 1D (one dimensional) report covers and I need all of them to have a different look. I need the finished covers as a vertical rectangle-shaped, not square shaped. 2. I need EACH COVER in 2 different sizes: a) 960 x 1280 pixels and b) 600 x 800 pixels and under 127KB in file size. Both must be saved as JPG images. 3. All images MUST BE 100% royalty free (I need to know exactly WHERE the image is from to verify this. 4. I will give all textual content that should be placed on the covers: Title, Subtitle, Author's Name, etc... 5. This is purely a work for hire, meaning I will own all the rights to the finished cover; you must be willing to sign a contract stating this.
