Create Graphics for box for board game

We need a design for cover art on the box for a newly created board game called "Road Closed". The game concept is building roads to connect cities and is geared towards a younger crowd. The basic concept is a bulldozer in the center plowing a grassy area to create a road - with a completed road curving off in the distance behind. In the background (at the end of the completed road) would be a city skyline. Between the bulldozer and the completed road would be a traditional road closed traffic sign. The top portion of the art should have the game name "Road Closed" and the side panels should be the same (embellishments are welcome). Somewhere on the box (lower corner or side panel) should be our company name "Keenbrook Enterprises". The overall design should be fun and more cartoon than realistic. The above is a general idea - we are open to artistic flair. Our current publisher is [login to view URL], so it needs to be in form that can be input into their system (template attached and more info can be found at their site if needed) with the final file in .PNG format; however we are researching other printing options (which could result in box size changes) so we will need to be able to adjust the final product to meet additional criteria - so the final file will need to be in a format that can be manipulated.
