I need someone to produce optimized GIF animations from a video that i have. its Cinemagraphs you need to create from images taken from video— Still Photos that Move Like Movies! if you know what i mean? Required sizes are: 640 into 427 pixels i also have 4 images which needs some simple graphic design work, like putting some images together and do some writing and other works like banner creation. Animated GIFs should have 24-26 frames and no more than 30 frames, initial frame should be showing for 0.5 sec and the remaining frames 0.15-0.20 sec. Final GIF should NOT exceed 400KB. Payment will be made ONLY after fully finished and performance/speed optimized GIFs are delivered and I'm fully satisfied with that. I value professionals who are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction, and reward efforts accordingly. The bid winner will have the chance to get more design projects from us from time to time (e.g a design projects)
