Coupon Tracking System

Currently, on our system we can create coupon codes and can also identify users that keyed in the code. We want to build a system which can track the transactions made by these users that keyed in the coupon code. This system will track all transaction (name,operator, amount, date, status etc.) made by a user and calculates 3% of each transaction. The system should the calculate the sum of all 3%'s made on each users transaction as the Total Cash Made. The total can be withdrawn at any time, all our Client needs to do is to click the Withdraw To Bank option which will prompt our client to enter their receiving bank account details( Bank, Account number), Upon completion, and successful entry of their receiving bank account, the will receive a receipt of their requested and be its been processed. Terms and Condition for WITHDRAWAL is it will take a 3 days processing time. Meaning it will be done within 3 days.( Client must be aware of this processing time.)
