Limo/Taxi online booking system Throughthe website, customer should be able to entre where they want picking up from, and where they want to go. By entering just street name and town, online should be able to pick up where customer’s location is and where they would like to go. The next page should display list of vehicles availible prices for their journey. Customer then clicks on whichever vehicle type they choose to go with and confirm booking. Email will be sent to customer to confirm booking. (Software website needs) •The website needs to be user friendly, easily accessible •Customer can create account, by entering Name, Phone number and Email address. ( Need an email address to send confirmation of booking etc.) •Ability for customer to enter multiple destinations, should they wish to do so. •Need to calculate distance of journey in KM. System then needs to work out cost of taxi for each Vehicles. (Working out cost and calculating distance is essential) •Also the option needs to be there for customer to pay by differente credit card type (Visa or Mastercard) or paypal, •Once a booking has been made, an automatic email or SMS needs to be sent to the our company confirming details. This automatic email needs to be incorporated in the website at point of booking.
