Clean Up A Logo in PSD Format: This Is A Small Project

I have a small logo project that I need help with. I have a photoshop file that needs cleaning up.
This project requires two small steps:
#1. CLEAN UP DOTS:
A. Clean Up & Remove all of the dots on the layer with the signature. I don't want any of the dots that are on the layer to be on there.
B. Save this as a separate file, Incase I want to keep the pencil handwritten look.
#2. SMOOTH OUT SIGNATURE LINES:
A. I want to the signature lines to look more solid. And not have the pencil grains in them.
Important:
1. Please Take a look at the project file attached with directions to make a decision on whether or not you are qualified for this mini projedct and if you want to take it.
2. Must be willing to sign a NDA - Non-Disclosure Agreement.
This is a small project, but there will be more opportunity in the future for other design projects.
